EOON Care Recruitment Process:

A step-by-step guide to joining the EOON Care Family:

Step 1: Complete Application Form
Please fill out our simple online application form, available on our website at www.eooncare.com. Make sure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Step 2: Application Review & Shortlisting
Our recruitment team will review your application. If shortlisted, you'll be invited for an interview.

Step 3: Interview
Attend a friendly, professional interview session (in-person or online). Be prepared to discuss your experiences, skills, and passion for elder care.

Step 4: Reference & Background Checks
Successful candidates from the interview will undergo thorough reference and background checks to ensure safety and trustworthiness.

Step 5: Training Session (4 Hours +/-)
Participate in our mandatory training session (online or in-person) focused on best practices in elder care, communication skills, health and safety procedures, and infection control protocols.

Step 6: Knowledge Test
Completing a short knowledge test will demonstrate your understanding and preparedness. As discussed in the training session, this test will cover essential care concepts and EOON Care policies.

Step 7: Onboarding & Orientation
Once you pass the knowledge test, you’ll receive a warm welcome to EOON Care, a zero-hour contract, orientation materials, and guidance to help you confidently start your caregiving role.
