Nene Obibi-Mordi
Founder, EOON Care | UK-Registered Nurse (NMC)
I built EOON Care because too many Nigerian families — especially those in the diaspora — were relying on care providers they could not verify, communicate with, or trust. Aging parents deserve the same standard of clinical care that families in the UK, US, and Canada expect at home.
As a UK-registered nurse, I bring international safeguarding standards to every caregiver we place, every home visit we supervise, and every residential facility we staff. EOON Care is the bridge between Nigerian warmth and global clinical rigour — and the closest thing to a family member sitting beside your loved one, even when you cannot be there yourself.
Every caregiver we send has been personally vetted, trained, and supervised by a member of my clinical team or by me. That is the promise EOON Care makes to every family we serve.
EOON Care provides home care and residential elderly care services in Nigeria, supporting older adults and vulnerable people to live safely, with dignity, and appropriate support.
We work with families to deliver care:
In the home, and
Within a structured care home environment
Our services combine professional care standards with an understanding of Nigerian family needs.
Many families want safe, reliable care for their ageing parents but face limits due to distance, health needs, or lack of structured services.
EOON Care exists to offer:
Supervised home care
Residential care for those who need closer support
Clear standards, oversight, and communication
We help families choose the right level of care, at the right time.
EOON Care provides a range of elderly care services, including:
Home-based personal and daily living support
Medication supervision and health monitoring
Dementia and memory-related care
Mobility and wellbeing support
Residential care within an EOON Care home
Care is delivered with dignity, safety, and accountability.
Everything we do is guided by our CARE values:
Compassion – We provide care with kindness and empathy.
Accountability – We take responsibility and communicate clearly with families.
Respect – We uphold dignity, culture, and individual choice.
Excellence – We work to defined standards and improve continuously.
These values shape how care is delivered and supervised.
EOON Care was founded by a UK-trained nurse and care professional with experience in health, care delivery, and service leadership.
Drawing on UK care standards and an understanding of the Nigerian context, EOON Care was created to raise the quality and consistency of home care for older people in Nigeria.
Our vision is a future where older adults in Nigeria receive care that is:
Safe
Dignified
Person-centred
EOON Care aims to strengthen home-based elderly care by supporting families, developing caregivers, and improving care standards across communities.
