Celine Care Centre

Respite care is a service provided by EOON Care Nigeria Ltd through one of our Care Centres based in Owerri. The service is focused on housing its clients and enabling and supporting them in basic day-to-day tasks such as personal hygiene, taking their prescribed medication, keeping up with medical appointments, exercising, planning, and guiding them through healthy recreational activities, amongst others.

The team members are people trained to take care of vulnerable people, including those with age-related conditions who need respite care. The emotional well-being of our residents is paramount. Therefore, we operate a zero-tolerance to abuse of residents or staff.

Types of care

It’s important to find a care home that will provide the right support, in an environment where you can thrive.

Residential care: If you’re looking for support with day-to-day life, our residential care services offer peace of mind. Someone else will prepare delicious meals for you, do the cleaning, and even help you with personal care

Sometimes, it's just not possible to live safely in your own home any more. This could apply to you, or to a parent or loved one. Residential care provides assistance in a care home if you need extra support in your everyday life but don't need specialist care. For example, a residential care home helps with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility.

Celine Care Centre offers round-the-clock support in a caring and sociable environment. There's also a range of activities to enjoy, keeping you both mentally and physically stimulated.

A move into a residential care home is a big step, and deciding on the type of care can be tough – so we're here to help

Respite care: Short-stay care can help carers to recharge their batteries while their loved one is getting dedicated care in a safe and comfortable environment. Our respite care is here for whenever you need it.

Respite care is a temporary, short-term stay in a care home, designed to support both you as the caregiver and the person you’re caring for. If you’re a caregiver, respite care lets you take a break or enables you to take time out to get things done. Respite care has many benefits for your elderly loved one, too, such as variety, stimulation and even new friendships.

So if you’re going on holiday, want a short break or need emergency respite care, we’re here to take good care of your loved one. We know it’s important for you to find a short-term stay where your loved one will be happy and comfortable, so we’ll work with you to find a suitable respite care option.

Convalescent care: If you’ve recently had an illness or operation and would like some help feeling more like yourself again, our convalescent care services can help to boost your confidence and get you back on track.

Convalescent care is temporary care that provides extra support if you're recovering from an operation or illness. Our welcoming care homes offer a range of treatment and support according to your needs. During your recovery with us, we'll provide delicious meals, do your laundry and help with your personal care. We can even offer physiotherapy and nursing care - for example, if you need help with postoperative rehabilitation.

When you stay with us, we'll work together to create a care plan for regaining your independence. We'll listen to your current health needs and get a picture of your life before you came to our nursing home. By understanding your recovery goals, we can remove some of the strain of everyday life and get you safely back to feeling like yourself again.
